The LSU game in a nutshell

Vanderbilt beat LSU 76-61 in Nashville on Wednesday night, and VandySports.com's Chris Lee and Jesse Johnson weigh in on all the key details.

Turning point:
LSU led 35-34 with 16:41 left after Ralston Turner hit a long jumper from the left side. Earlier in the game, VU had led by eight, but couldn't sustain any momentum or get the crowd into the game.

The next four minutes changed that. A pair of free throws by John Jenkins put VU ahead. An offensive rebound and put-back by Steve Tchiengang on the next possession added to the lead, and another jumper by Jenkins made it five.
