Hammond felt at home
B.J.Hammond committed to Mississippi State back in June he cited the Bulldogs family atmosphere as a main factor in his decision.
Eight months later the three-star wide receiver got the same feeling of home on his official visit.
"When I got down there and got out they showed me love," Hammond said. "It's been the same since day one. They are family. It was cool down there and I always feel at home there."
When Hammond visited unofficially in June to make his commitment, the Bulldogs had just broken ground on a new $25 millon football only facility. The Seal Building opened its doors earlier this month and was the highlight of the weekend for Hammond.
