Big Kentucky OL will camp on the Plains

Paris (Ky.) offensive tackle Chase Dumphord will make his second visit to Auburn within the next two weeks.

Dumphord, who visited Auburn back in the spring for one of the Tigers' junior days, is scheduled to be one of many big-time prospects on the Plains July 15 for the one-day mini-camp.

"I'm going to Auburn on the 15th of July. My dad and my coach will probably go with me. I'm really looking forward to that," he said. "I went down there during the spring and it was a really nice campus. I liked it because the whole town was built around the school. It reminded me of my hometown. I felt really comfortable there."

The 6-foot-4, 313-pounder has been keeping in touch with Auburn recruiting coach Don Dunn, and met with offensive line coach Hugh Nall on his first visit.
