Sophomore discusses move to tackle, summer

This time last year Michael Oher's status as an academic qualifier was in limbo.

Now you're more likely to find Oher enjoying the limbo, a popular game involving a stick and contorting your body to fit under it as it goes lower to the ground.

How could the 6-foot-5 315-pound Oher manage this? Yoga.

It's all part of the plan to improve every aspect of his body Oher, along with several teammates, have enrolled in a yoga class this summer to improve strength and flexibility.

"We're actually taking a yoga class, stretching and stuff like that. It can help us with an injury to heal faster and to be lighter and move faster. It's hard but it's fun," Oher said. "It's a lot of stretching, loosening us up. Definitely I can tell a difference."
