ACC's future looking bright at QB

The buzz coming out of the Atlantic Coast Conference Media Days held earlier this week was a lack of high-profile quarterbacks in the league entering this season. Only three teams appear to be in pretty good shape.

The two Florida schools have gunslingers each with one-year of starting experience. And the league's newest member has a skilled veteran that shared duties last season.

"I think (Miami's) Kyle Wright is ready to step up and begin to reach his potential," Rivals.com National Football Recruiting Analyst Mike Farrell said. "I expect a big year from him, especially if (wide receiver) Ryan Moore reaches his potential as well. (Florida State's Drew) Weatherford threw a lot of picks last year but that was because of a weak running game. If Lorenzo Booker and Antone Smith can keep defenses off balance, those picks will go down and he'll be dangerous. And (Boston College's) Matt Ryan is steady, tough and accurate. He also threw a few too many picks but with last year's experience under his belt he should have a big season."

But beyond that the position appears pretty blah with plenty of uncertainty.
