Red Carpet Treatment

After a dominating performance throughout the spring and summer circuit, Kyle Singler, the No. 4 ranked player in the class of 2007, is ready to take the next step forward in his recruitment.

The five-star prospect has scheduled two official visits for the month of September, but it's only a matter of time before Singler schedules a third visit, which will take place in October.

Arizona and Duke will receive the first two visits. Kansas is the destination for his third visit.

The best way to describe Singler's play on the hardwood is spectacular. There is little doubt that the 6-foot-8, 210-pound small forward is going to be a star at the collegiate level, and don't be surprised if that carries over to the NBA.

If you're going to build a team around any player from the class of 2007, Singler is the player to start with. Drawing comparisons to such greats as Larry Bird and Dirk Nowitzki, the No. 1 ranked small forward certainly fits the profile of current Dallas Maverick and former Boston Celtic.
