Notebook: Tuberville has concerns about WSU

For the second time in the last four seasons, Auburn will be opening at home against a Pac 10 opponent. This year, the Tigers hope the outcome is a little different than the first.

USC came to the Plains in 2003 and shutout the Tigers 23-0, handing Auburn the first of what would be five losses that year.

Saturday Washington State will be trying to do the same.

Auburn head coach Tommy Tuberville said the Cougars have the talent, experience, and match-ups to do just that.
