Bruins answer questions in victory

UCLA couldn't have asked for a better way to open the season. There were questions that needed to be addressed. One of them was how would sophomore quarterback Ben Olson perform after such a long layoff and the other was the defense.

Both Olson and the defense were positives.

Olson was superb. What he did on the opening drive was amazing when you consider his last real football game was in 2001. It looked like he didn't skip a beat as he was a perfect hitting on four his passing attempts for 63 yards and he capped the drive off by hitting Ryan Moya 16 yard strike for a touchdown.
