Preview: UA looks for revenge against Huskies

The University of Arizona has started its season with a record of 2-2, and is 0-1 in the conference after losing to Southern Cal last week at home. This Saturday, the 3-1 Washington Huskies come to Tucson, looking for their third win in a row.

It is no secret that Washington's main offensive threat is dual threat quarterback Isaiah Stanback. In last season's match-up between Arizona and Washington, Stanback torched the Wildcats for over 250 yards and three touchdowns.

In the backfield, Stanback will be handing the ball off to running backs Louis Rankin and Kenny James. Throughout the first four games, the combo has combined for two touchdowns, and rushed for over 106 yards per game.

Arizona's linebackers will need to play nearly perfect in order to contain Washington's dangerous backfield. Although a duel-threat quarterback sometimes requires a spy defense, some UA players have indicated that the overall strategy for containing Stanback will be the same scheme that the defense has been using in recent weeks.

There isn't any reason to change something that isn't broken, because last week the Wildcats held USC's top 20 offense to just 20 points throughout the game.
