The Hot 11: Northwestern edition

MADISON, Wis. - Today, BadgerBlitz.com brings you the week six edition of the Hot 11.

As mentioned before, throughout the football season this site will break down the players believed to be the hottest Badgers after game week. These players aren't necessarily the best players on the roster, but those seemingly on the rise.

UW is coming off a 41-9 victory over Northwestern at Camp Randall Stadium.

Obviously this list isn't is the opinion of BadgerBlitz.com's editor, so I encourage subscribers to go inside The Badgers' Den to discuss, and maybe even offer up your own, Hot 11.

1 P.J. Hill, RB Hill had a career afternoon vs. NU in finishing the game with a career-high 249 rushing yards plus a touchdown. He was unstoppable and named Co-Big Ten Player of the Week on Monday. 3
2 Travis Beckum, TE Like Hill, Beckum too had a career afternoon vs. NU with career highs in receptions (8) and receiving yards (107). He cemented himself as the Badgers' go-to guy against the Wildcats and is quickly becoming UW's go-to receiving weapon. 5
3 Joe Stellmacher, SS Stellmacher was second on the team against NU in tackles with six. He also had an interception, which he returned 25 yards for the first touchdown of his career. As always, Stellmacher was solid in the secondary. 11
