NoCal RB sets visits

Three-star running back Curtis Shaw (5-11, 190, 4.5) from Stockton (Calif.) Lincoln lived up to his school's lofty reputation for developing top-notch football talent.

Shaw hails from the same school that has produced running back Lynell Hamilton (San Diego State), running back Chris Henry (Arizona), running back Louis Rankin Washington, wide receiver Ruben Jackson (Oregon State) and wide receiver Lavelle Hawkins (Cal). All have contributed to their schools.

Shaw has displayed the same kind of skill and will more than likely follow suit and have success on the D-I level.

As a senior, Shaw rushed for 1,766 yards on 167 carries and scored 25 touchdowns. He also caught three passes, one for a touchdown.

Shaw has had offers on the table from Cal, Oregon State, Washington, Washington State, Michigan, Nebraska, San Diego State and Fresno State for sometime. He has received recent offers from Oregon, Purdue, Arizona, Arizona State, Idaho, Montana and Montana State.

"I will take my first visit to Washington on December 8th and I will visit Fresno State on January 26th," Rankin said. "I have set up visits to Michigan and Oregon for January, but we haven't settled on dates yet."
