Becoming a better person

Three years ago at this time, Justin Vincent was the toast of Baton Rouge and the LSU community.

Vincent ran for 201 yards to lead the Tigers past Georgia in the Southeastern Conference championship game. As Christmas 2003 approached, Vincent was preparing himself for the BCS title game against Oklahoma in the Sugar Bowl.

Vincent capped his freshman season by being named the Most Valuable Player in the Sugar Bowl as he rushed for 117 yards in a 21-14 LSU victory.
