QBs still neck-and-neck after scrimmage

Oklahoma's second major scrimmage of the spring looked a lot like their first scrimmage thanks to the talented youth up and down the Oklahoma roster.

Demarco Murray once again dominated the highlight reels as he rushed for 132 yards on just 16 carries during a two-hour scrimmage in front of an estimated 6,000 Sooner fans.

While Murray ran wild on Saturday, three Sooner quarterbacks tried to put their stamp on the starting position, although not one signal caller appeared to stick out over others when the final stats were tallied.

Sooner quarterbacks were effective at times, but turnovers and poor decisions ultimately took away from otherwise impressive performances.

Last week Joey Halzle looked like a player having the best day, but two late interceptions and a second-half charge by Sam Bradford all but evened up their competition.

On Saturday, Bradford put up the best numbers on the day but his two interceptions kept him from being considered the dominant performer.
