Durham shines on G-Day

The biggest offensive performance on G-Day came from a somewhat unlike source, sophomore wide receiver Kris Durham. The lanky wide out caught six passes for 137 yards and two touchdowns for the number two offense or black team. UGASports caught up with Durham to ask him about his G-Day performance and the interception he threw to Reshad Jones on a wide receiver pass play.

UGASports: You were much of the Black offense Saturday, why did you have such a big day?

Durham: "I just made my plays when they gave me the opportunity. I finally made them."

UGASports: What happened on your sole career passing attempt that Jones picked off?

Durham: "We put that play in and I did not see Reshad he came out of nowhere and made a great play. I am going to say that the ball got caught up in the wind and I do not know if it did, but that is what I am going to say.

UGASports: Do you hope that was your last passing attempt at Georgia?

Durham: "If they let me throw another one I'll throw it."
