Jacksonville Forrest has two prospects
One year after sending four-star linebacker prospect Brandon Hicks to the University of Florida, Jacksonville's Forrest High School boasts two Division I-A prospects, one wide receiver and one offensive lineman, for the Class of 2008.
According to Forrest head coach Dennis Clemons, wide receiver Cameron McKinnon already holds one Southeastern Conference scholarship offer.
"He's been offered a scholarship by Auburn University," Clemons said. "He's very fast. He runs a legitimate 4.4 second 40-yard dash."
In recent years, Auburn has been no stranger to pulling speedy wide receivers out of Jacksonville. The Tigers signed burner Alex Rose out of First Coast in the Class of 2006.
