Glenn talks NIKE Camp and recruiting
One of the offensive linemen that stood out at the Athens NIKE Camp over the weekend was Cordy Glenn. Glenn measured in at 6-foot-6, 310-pounds and he showed great mobility throughout the day.
"I think I did pretty good out there, but I know I could have done better," said Glenn. "I definitely moved well, did good in the agility drills, but I really need to work on my pass blocking."
"I think I did good in most of the stuff and the run blocking drills, but pass blocking is definitely something I want to improve on."
He did well during the one on one competition.
"I only got in there four times, but I won three out four. I would have liked to have won that fourth time too, but that is not too bad. Overall I am happy with how I did out there."
One of the schools that has offered Glenn in the University of Georgia and they had their eye on Glenn throughout the camp.
"I was a little nervous at first when I saw them watching me, but once you get out there and get going the nerves go away," said the big tackle out of Riverdale (Ga.).
Glenn felt good out there on Georgia practice fields and the Dawgs are up there on his list.
"Oh yeah, Georgia is definitely one of my top schools," he said. "They have offered me, I like their coaches, and I love their facilities, so they are up high for me. It was nice to get a feel for it out here on there facilities. It was nice."
