Traverse City OL looks to add more offers
Offensive line recruiting is always important and this year it is no different. The position became a bit more critical though with the announcement that 2007 signee Arthur Ray Jr. is undergoing treatment for cancer and football is a secondary concern at this point.
For that reason we expect that the staff could look to take an additional offensive line prospect for the class of 2008. The state of Michigan has some good prospect this year and we caught up with one of them last night, Rocko Khoury of Traverse City West High School.
The 6-foot-6 282-pound Khoury has had a busy spring. Schools such as Michigan State, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana and a host of MAC school stopped by school and have been in contact this spring. The evaluation period paid off for Khoury with two scholarship offers.
