Juco lineman Liu ready to move

Sacramento (Calif.) City College offensive lineman Ben Liu chose to play for Kansas State coach Ron Prince and the job of protecting Josh Freeman, just after his official visit to Manhattan. The 6-foot-6, 325-pound tackle visited the K-State campus in mid-January with his wife and decided then the Little Apple was where they would move their family. Now, that step is about ready to take place.

In the meantime, the three-star prospect has received his first copy of the Wildcat playbook.

Liu, who was recruited as a right tackle, chose K-State over offers from Oregon, Oregon State and Washington State.
