Kansas LB has plans to see NU

The status quo can sometimes be a good thing in recruiting - particularly when it allows you time to focus on a small group of schools that hold your interest. Take the case of multi-talented Kyler Reed for instance. No new offers to report, no set in stone camp appearances on the horizon - just work, talk to a handful of coaches and suffer through the summer heat.

In the next 30-45 days, the 6-foot-2, 215-pound three-star rated Reed has tentative plans to visit Nebraska, Northwestern and participate in a camp at Texas Tech, if his schedule allows. He continues to hold offers from those schools, along with Kansas, Kansas State, Missouri, Colorado and Colorado State.
