Two UGA coaches visit 4-star OL

Georgia only has one or two openings remaining in the class of 2008, so the coaches spend most of the time making sure their commitments stay firm and looking for 2009 talent. This Monday, the Dawgs sent two coaches to Riverdale (Ga.) to check on four-star Rivals250 OL Cordy Glenn.

"Coach [Rodney] Garner (UGA Recruiting Coordinator) and Coach [Stacey] Searels (UGA OL Coach) came to the school on Monday and they hug out for a while," said Glenn.

"We talked a good bit and it was just about life, my commitment to Georgia and academics. It was cool to get to know them better and I like them both."

Coach Garner was the initial coach recruiting Glenn for the Dawgs, but Coach Searels has joined in and Glenn likes his future position coach.

"I have gotten to know him real good and talking like we did on Monday helps," said the top offensive tackle in Georgia. "I think it will be a great thing playing for him and I am excited about it. He is a good coach and I feel he can make me better."
