Cope ready to compete for Beavs

With one of OSU's all-time greats in Alexis Serna moving on, the kicking game will need to be addressed for the 2008 season. A whole host of returnees will be battling for the position, but so will some newcomers. One player hoping to come in and be a candidate to be the starting placekicker is Tyler Cope. The strong-legged 6-foot-2, 180-pounder who played at Jesuit High School in Portland is returning home after spending his freshman year at Colorado.
