Airy, Ga.All the talk of Oklahoma's losses in linebacker recruiting a lot of people have forgotten about one of the Sooners first scholarship offers, and perhaps the first at the position, Habersham Central's three-star linebacker Franklin. Franklin will probably need a year of redshirt before he is truly ready to contribute so his first year's impact may simply be on the scout team and helping the offense prepare for it's next opponent.Franklin is a guy that will need some time to physically get to where he needs to be, but just the same his football I.Q. is as high as anyone in the class thanks to being the son of a former college coach. He could figure in as the team's future inside linebacker and with Ryan Reynolds in his junior season Franklin could be a potential starter in his redshirt sophomore season.
