Glenn's working hard to get to UGA
Four-star offensive tackle Cordy Glenn is constantly thinking about the University of Georgia, and what he is going to when he gets there. The majority of the 2008 class is expected to be in Athens the first week of June and Glenn wants to be one of them. He is training hard to be ready.
"I am working out hard and working hard to finish out school," Glenn said. "I work out every day with the football team here at school, and then I go home and work on my footwork, and things like that."
"In school, I am just trying to finish real good and get A's and B's. I have my test score that I need, but I just need to make good grades in my classes to get qualified. I think I am doing well right now, and I think I will make it."
The 6-foot-6, 320-pound four-star tackle chose UGA over Alabama, Florida, and Virginia amongst others, so he is excited about moving to Athens and starting his Bulldog career.
"I have talked to the coaches and they want me to move to Athens on June 1," he said. "I still talk to Coach [Stacy] Searels and Coach [Rodney] Garner about once a week. They talk to me about getting stronger and being ready to compete when I get there."
