Does new offers affect Gilliard's top three?

Valdosta (Ga.) linebacker Michael Gilliard is one of the top recruits in the Peach State. He continues to get attention from national schools, and he recently picked up two more big time offers.

"Michigan and Tennessee just offered me last week," said Gilliard. "I do not know too much about them right now, but I know they have god schools, so I am going to look at them a little more. I don't know if I will visit them or not, but I am thinking about it."

The Wolverines and Volunteers are trying to move up Gilliard's list, but he says his top three remain in tact.

"It is still Georgia, Georgia Tech, and Florida," he said when asked about his favorites. "I still like the same schools the most."

What does he like about each of his favorites?

Georgia: "I love Coach [Mark] Richt, and I think Georgia is one of the best programs in the nation. Their team has a lot of togetherness, and I love the Dawgs."

Georgia Tech: "They have been recruiting me the hardest with a lot of hand written letters, so that means a lot. They are a good school, and I think Coach [Paul] Johnson is a good coach."

Florida: "Florida is really close to home, and I like Coach [Urban] Meyer. I went down there for a visit and I loved it. They have a lot of great players on their team."
