Rivals100 back nearing a decision
COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The campus of Texas A&M played host to the 12th annual 7-on-7 state championships this past weekend. Ninety six teams from all across Texas made their way to College Station to compete for the title. Included on those teams were several of the Lone Star State's highest-ranked prospects.
The top-ranked uncommitted player in attendance was Beaumont West Brook running back Christine Michael. A member of the Rivals100, the 5-foot-11, 202-pound back has a busy summer ahead. He is planning to hit quite a few schools in the next couple of weeks.
"I'm not going to any camps, but I will be taking visits," said the four-star prospect. "I've got an unofficial visit at Florida from Thursday to Sunday. After Florida, I have one day of rest at home and then I'm going to go to Texas. I have two days rest after that, then I go to LSU and Texas A&M."
