Stew: O-Line cohesion helps clinch Syracuse victory

Mountaineer fans may have not enjoyed Saturday's 17-6 victory over rival Syracuse, but the facts are WVU has won three in a row (4-2), stands undefeated in the Big East (2-0), and has until October 23 to rest up for their Thursday night showdown with Auburn. Noel Devine's 92-yard score to clinch the Orange victory will be what head coach Bill Stewart remembers.

"I was very pleased with the way our football team kept their poise, played hard and stuck with the running game until the end, where we made a big play that was good to see," said Stewart after a morning film review.
