Not to be forgotten
BOULDER, Colo. - During his true freshman season in 2007, Brian Lockridge led CU's running backs with a 5.6 yards per carry average. He was pegged as a player with a bright future in black and gold.
Nothing has changed, Lockridge says, despite the fact that he missed last season due to injury.
"It is kind of like they pressed the reset button," said the 5-foot-7, 175-pound sophomore-to-be. "I have to start from the bottom again and work my way up. I just have to keep showing that, hey, I'm here and I'm fully healthy and I am ready to play."
More from Monday's spring practice inside.
