Four-star LB has family ties to Miss. St.
Kendall Moore is one of the most sought after linebackers in the country.
The 6-foot-3, 232-pounder from Raleigh, N.C., already has a growing list of 13 scholarships. And with more schools likely to continue to roll in, the four-star prospect is thankful to be in this situation.
"I like that I have some options," Moore said. "It's pretty stressful but it's definitely a good problem to have. I'd rather be in this situation than the other way around."
Moore already has offers on the table from Clemson, Duke, Florida State, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi State, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Notre Dame, South Carolina, Wake Forest, West Virginia and East Carolina.
Moore has some family ties to one of the program that has offered. His first cousin Christian Ducre is a rising senior running back for the Bulldogs. Naturally, Moore has kept up with Ducre and MSU over the last three years.
"I'm high on Mississippi State," Moore said. "I like them a lot. My cousin Christian Ducre plays running back for them so I've been following them pretty close the last couple of years since he's been there. I'm kind of taking my recruiting process slow right now and still taking everything in but they are definitely towards the top of my list."
Having family on the team has helped Moore get some insight on the Bulldogs that he may not have gotten otherwise. He is already planning to visit Starkville for the first time over the summer to get a better idea of what their program has to offer.
