Ogbuehi visiting despite injury

Allen offensive tackle Cedric Ogbuehi has had a nice run since he earned the starting right tackle spot prior to last season. The 6-foot-5, 270-pound Ogbuehi earned Class 5A All-State honors last December despite the fact that he had not played the position prior to the beginning of the 2008 campaign. At about the same time, the Eagles won the first state title in school history over Fort Bend Hightower.

Ogbuehi's play last summer earned him numerous scholarship offers in the spring and he committed to Texas A&M after an unofficial visit to College Station in March. Ogbuehi then solidified his status as a Rivals 250 lineman with an outstanding performance at a Nike camp at TCU in April.

Ogbuehi has been slowed since that time by a sprained foot that occurred during Allen's spring practice. However, it hasn't stopped him from working out with his teammates.
