Jones: "So far, so good. Every day I come out and try to pick it up a little more. I want to know my assignments and teach the young guys learn their assignments and help them. I was to start and become a leader. How good is your defense going to be this year?

Jones: "I believe we can be one of the greatest defenses in the Pac 10 and the country. All we have to do is come out here every day and keep busting it and maybe we will be." What is the strength of your defense?

Jones: "Everyone is fast and this year everyone is really aggressive and tough. We have room to have one person make a mistake because we have 10 other guys right there ready to make up for it."
