2018 Fearless Forecast II: Predicting where targets will sign

In the past we have done these the night before Signing Day. However, as it now stands, here on Sunday there are still three days remaining until pen goes to paper, meaning we are taking a bit more of a chance.

Florida currently stands at 15 public commitments and 11 prospects they are still in the running for by one measure or another.
