2018 Rivals100: Ten top targets for Florida fans to follow

Florida has yet to land their first commitment in the Class of 2018, but that doesn't mean that there aren't some top Gators targets in the newly released 2018 Rivals100.

Here are 10 top Rivals100 targets Florida fans should be aware of in the next recruiting cycle.

The prospects are listed in alphabetical order

The Skinny: This four-star big man landed his offer from the Gators after a standout performance during one Florida's summer camps. He attends Apopka High School, home of current Gators offensive tackle Martez Ivey, and the two know each other fairly well. Barnes has seen his recruitment explode over the months of June and July, landing big time offers from Ohio State, Alabama, Ole Miss, and UCLA just in the last few weeks.

Tampa (Fla.) Cambridge offensive tackle Richard Gouraige

The Skinny: The Gators have had a lot of success so far in the 2017 recruiting cycle in the Tampa area, and hope to continue that trend in 2018. Gouraige landed his offer from the Gators back in the spring evaluation period and has since seen his recruitment explode. Things are very early in his recruitment but Alabama, Florida, and Florida State seem to be in a good place.
