Fort Valley (Ga.) Peach County 2018 athlete Kearis Jackson visited Florida on Wednesday after landing an offer from the Gators last month.

Getting a chance to see Gainesville in person stuck out to the junior-to-be.

“I loved the visit,” said Jackson. “I liked everything about Florida and it’s a nice school that I can see myself playing at. The coaches and the players make a nice atmosphere around the school. It wasn’t what I expected, but it’s really a nice school.”
