With Florida's 2016 campaign in the books following a 30-3 victory against Iowa on Monday in Tampa at the Outback Bowl, Inside the Gators takes a look at the weeks ahead with a 3-2-1 report. We provide three observations, present two questions and make one prediction as the Gators head into a crucial offseason.

Three things we learned Monday:

1. Kicker Eddy Pineiro wrapped up his successful first season as a Gator with three made field goals against Iowa.

Pineiro was as reliable as ever for the Gators against the Hawkeyes on Monday, going 3-of-3 on field goals and knocking down attempts from 48, 44 and 25 yards out. Over the past six games, Pineiro has gone 11-of-11 on field-goal attempts. His last missed attempt was a 33-yarder against Georgia on Oct. 29.

The top-rated JUCO kicker signee in the 2016 class, Pineiro capped off his redshirt sophomore season with the Gators on a high note. He finished the year 21-of-25 on field goals, going 3-of-3 from 50-plus yards out, 8-of-10 from 40-49 yards and 5-of-7 from 30-39 yards. Pineiro's 84% clip ties for 24th nationally among kickers. In addition, Pineiro knocked down all 32 of his PAT attempts.

Boy, how Florida's kicker situation has changed from 2015 to now.
