Over the course of the weekend several big time prospects will be on Florida's campus. It all kicked off on Friday when Jacksonville (Fla.) Bolles five-star offensive lineman John Theus arrived on campus for a one day camp.

"We got a campus about 10:30 this morning. Did the sign in and then went to the Swamp for the one day camp," John's father Paul Theus told Inside the Gators. "It was a great visit."
The 6-foot-6, 292-pound offensive lineman visited with Florida today with the intention of looking to interact and see the coaching style of Florida's new offensive line coach.
"John just wanted to work out with Coach Verducci and really see his coaching style and some of his drills. It was a lot of just fundamental stuff we worked out for about an hour and a half or so. John really like his style a lot and enjoyed it."
After the workout two coaches wanted to sit down and talk with the No. 7 rated prospect in the nation on the initial Rivals100.
"After we finished with Coach Verducci we met with Coach Weis and Coach Muschamp for about thirty minutes," explained Mr. Theus. "John's mom was with us and it was her first time meeting the new staff so that was big to her. The conversation was basically about just life in general we talked with Coach Weis about his recent knee surgery and just general things."
The 2nd ranked offensive tackle in the country has a summer full of visits set up.
"We will be back to Florida sometime soon maybe for Friday Night lights," said Mr. Theus. "We will also be at Dawg Night for Georgia on July 15th. We are trying to get to Alabama, Notre Dame, and Arkansas this summer as well."
The Bolles standout has a couple of things he is looking for when taking his visits this summer.
"Well now that he has his top schools, he just wants to go back and take a closer look at those schools because he has seen so many dorms and campus' he just wants to go back and see his top six schools again. But he wants to really look at the dorms and the campus as well as speak with the academic counselors again."
As is the case with any highly touted prospect during the recruiting process, there are an abundance of rumors surrounding Theus. The most prominent is that he has already made up his mind about where he will attend school, namely Georgia, but that rumor is more fiction than fact, according to his father.
"I hear people saying that John has already decided and this or that but that's false. If John had already decided on a place I can promise he would have announced because life could calm down a little bit. Also if he had already decided we wouldn't be wasting our time visiting other schools. We wouldn't be at Florida today if they weren't a legitimate contender because I could think of plenty of other things to do on a Friday afternoon then camp somewhere that John wouldn't be going. John has never been a big media guy or guy who wants his name in the paper or anything he doesn't buy into all that."
