2017 wide receiver Jordan Pouncey may only be rated as a three-star but you couldn’t tell that by looking at his offer list.

The Winter Parker (Fla.) wide out has collected over 45 offers to date, including from programs such as Alabama, Auburn, Notre Dame, North Carolina, and Tennessee. After participating in a Florida satellite camp at Trinity Christian Academy in Jacksonville on Wednesday, Florida threw their name in the hat for Pouncey’s services.

“I went out there and performed my butt off. Coach McElwain and Coach Collins liked what they saw. No more than an hour after the camp, I was on the phone and they offered me a scholarship,” said Pouncey.

He had a good idea that perhaps a scholarship was in the works judging by the feedback he received during the camp.

“After going up a couple of times during one-on-one’s, I heard Coach Mac say ‘I want that kid in the Swamp.’ So I think that’s a good sign,” stated Pouncey.
