This coming Friday Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas faces a big test as they take on undefeated Venice (Fla.) in the FHSAA State Semifinals. Over the past two weeks four-star Florida Gators quarterback commit Jake Allen has been red hot, accounting for six touchdowns through the air to help lead the Raiders.

Even Allen has noticed his recent improvement.
