Big time visitors due in this weekend

Once again Florida is slated to host several of their top recruiting targets this weekend at the second session of the Will Muschamp Summer Camp.
The headliner this weekend is Palmetto Bay (Fla.) Westminster Christian Rivals100 athlete Tim Irvin. Fresh off of competing in the prestigious Rivals Five-Star Challenge last weekend, the four-star will make the trip to Gainesville on Saturday.

Though he projects to several positions, the Gators are looking at Irvin on the defensive side of the ball. Florida has made a great impression on him, in particular his relationship with UF defensive backs coach Travaris Robinson. Irvin is the nephew of former Miami standout Michael Irvin, so there is some pressure to stay south and join the Hurricanes. However, Irvin states he is no lock to the Canes. His top three at this time is Florida, LSU and Miami.
If there is news this weekend, it could come from four-star athlete Jaquan Johnson. The Miami (Fla.) Killian standout has long has interest in the Gators and is looked at to play safety by the Florida coaching staff. Johnson and teammate Irvin have spoken of going to the same college and both have interest in the Gators. The hometown Hurricanes are going to be tough competition for the duo.
Another south Florida defensive back expected on campus this Saturday is Miami (Fla.) Norland three-star cornerback Carlton Davis. Earlier this spring the Gators extended an offer to Davis and are a school he names among top schools. Miami also is going to be tough competition here as well, but Davis is interested in what the Gators have been able to do with defensive backs in the past. South Carolina is also considered a contender here as well and have been a school recruiting him hard.
Also this weekend Florida will have two commitments on hand who should be doing some recruiting on behalf of the Gators. With the highly anticipated return of Franklinton (La.) Pine wide receiver Derrick Dillon making his way to the Swamp fresh off his commitment to the Orange and Blue. Also in town this weekend will be Dade City (Fla.) Pasco defensive tackle commit Andrew Ivie. Both verbal pledges are solid with their commitment to Florida, so expect them to be in the ear of many of the top uncommitted visitors.
Another possible visitor for this weekend was St. Petersburg (Fla.) Lakewood Rivals250 wide receiver Ryan Davis. However, on Friday Davis changed his plans and will now visit on Tuesday.
Another possible name to keep an eye out for this weekend is Jacksonville (Fla.) first coast offensive tackle William Sweet. The three-star big man has been committed to North Carolina for some time now and has been solid in his commitment. However there have been some whispers of him showing up at UF sometime this weekend.
A few other standouts expected this weekend are Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Cardinal Gibbons three-star defensive end Richard McIntosh Jr.; who has a Florida offer. Also elite 2016 Tampa (Fla.) Blake defensive end Shavar Manuel will be in as well.
On Sunday the Gators could possibly host Hialeah (Fla.) Champagnat Catholic Rivals250 tight end Devonaire Clarington. The four-star pass catcher is at Tennessee on Friday and might make a stop by Gainesville on his way back home.
