Border Wars: Florida-Georgia Recruiting Battles

Florida and Georgia not only share a mutual border, the two also take up residence in the SEC East - meaning the two square off in the recruiting process as much as any two schools in the southeast.

Here is a breakdown of three battles that each team has won as well as three prospects they are going head to head for this recruiting cycle.

An interesting recruiting process to say the least. He was committed to Cal right up until less then three weeks until Signing Day. He took official visits the last two weekends of the cycle to Georgia and then Florida, before ending up signing with the Gators. He told Inside the Gators that if he hadn't inked with Florida he would have stayed home and played for Georgia.
