Brown goes public with Florida commitment

The Florida Gator coaching staff thought they were going to have to wait until December 19th for Milledgeville (Ga.) Georgia Military Academy JUCO offensive tackle Trenton Brown to go public with his commitment to the Gators. However the talented big man tweeted early Sunday morning of his choice.
"Gator Chompin' #GatorNation join me Oh and add me to that #1 recruiting class," was the Tweet from Brown a little before 2 a.m. Sunday morning.

Though anything can happen in the world of recruiting, there has been little to no suspense regarding who the talented 6-foot-8, 350-pound lineman was going to commit.
"They have just been so real with me throughout the whole entire process," said Brown of the Gators in late November. "Florida had the best official visit that I went on. Some of the stuff you do on campus is the same, but Florida was just different. They have been really loyal and they were recruiting me even when I was committed to Georgia."
Going forward Brown will still have a small get together on December 19th to sign his letter of intent and said he just couldn't keep the secret of where he will attend college held in.
"I was going to wait, but I just went ahead and got it over with."
Brown also added his commitment is no secret to anyone on the Florida coaching staff.
"They've known for the longest time," said Brown. "I just wanted to keep it a secret."
Well, now the secret is out and Brown the 22nd commitment for the Gators in the Class of 2013.
