U.S. Army All-American Bowl (Saturday January 8, 1 P.M. NBC)
The granddaddy of them all isn't only featuring some of the top prospects in the nation, it has plenty of Gator targets participating to boot.
These games aren't just about showcasing a player's skills or having a good time, they are recruiting hotbeds. The good news for the Gators is that he is one of the more personable young men involved in the recruiting process this week.
The East Squad is comprised of one Florida commit, Rivals100 running back Mike Blakely, and quite a few targets.
Others to keep an eye on include: Four-star athlete Jacoby Brissett, five-star linebacker Curtis Grant, four-star safety Gerod Holliman, four-star safey Wayne Lyons and Rivals100 athlete Damian Swann.
The West Squad features no UF commits and only one Florida target - four-star linebacker Lamar Dawson.
Under Armour High School All-American Game (Wednesday January 5, 7 P.M. ESPN)
Though this game is thought to be a step below the Army Bowl, it still draws some top talent, especially from high school programs across the southeast
UF has four commitments taking part in this game - Rivals100 quarterback Jeff Driskel, four-star wide out Ja'Juan Story and Rivals100 tight end A.C. Leonard are all on the Red Roster. While three-star athlete De'Ante Saunders is all by his lonesome on the White Roster.
Other key targets on the Red Roster in Orlando this week include, three-star offensive lineman Marcus Jackson, four-star defensive lineman Todd Barr, defensive end Anthony Chickillo, five-star safey Hasean Clinton-Dix and four-star athlete Robenson Therezie.
As for the White Roster, UF is still involved to some degree with four-star athlete Quan Bray, Rivals100 linebacker Stephone Anthony, four-star defensive end A.J. Johnson, four-star defensive back Jabari Gorman and Rivals100 athlete Marcus Roberson.
Offense-Defense All-American Game (Friday December 31, 4 P.M. CSS)
In this all star game's fifth year, they aren't nearly as established or well stocked as the other two.
However, there are still a handful of players Florida fans will want to keep an eye on.
Included in that group are two commitments, three-star defensive end Clay Burton and two-star punter/kicker Kyle Christy.
Four-star athlete Louchiez Purifoy was scheduled to take part, but he informed GBN on Tuesday morning that he wasn't going to be participating in the event.
Two other prospects participating in the game will visit the Gators over the final month of this recruiting cycle. They are Rivals100 receiver Kelvin Benjamin and three-star linebacker Kent Turene.
