Five key FAQ:

1. Can current annuals buy an additonal year and get the offer? No. This is an acquisition offer for new subscribers and upgrades. This is a new growth investment by them.

2. For users currently in a free trial, do they get enrolled in this offer? No. For this very reason, we have made clear on all recent free trial offers that they can not be combined with any other offer in the Rivals network. If they want to get this deal, they would have to cancel and re-sign up - which we can not technically stop them from doing since we are targeting past subscribers with this as well. But given the “flash”, short term nature of this offer, we won't have the time to hold people’s hand doing this, and walk them through that process.

3. – Does Rivals have a call-in number? No. We do not have a call in number. But we do have very helpful subscription services. We have a “contact” page available on every page in the network. It's at the bottom. A user can address any issue there. We here on the site do not cancel subscriptions for users, we do not sign people up for subscriptions, nor are we authorized to collect their payment info. They have to contact customer service with any help they need. (instructions at the very bottom)
