Five-star has one summer visit remaining - a trip to see Florida
BRADENTON, Fla. | This summer has been a busy one for Jacksonville (Fla.) Trinity Christian five-star cornerback Shaun Wade. Earlier this month Wade and a few of his 7-on-7 teammates set out on a tour, seeing programs such as Georgia, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and others.
Before embarking on that trip Wade took in a Satellite Camp at his high school conducted by the entire Florida Gators coaching staff.
Though he didn’t actually participate in the camp, it was still beneficial to Florida because Wade enjoyed what he saw.
“It was a great camp,” said Wade. “I got a chance to watch Coach Gray since I didn’t work out, but my little brother was out there - so I watched him a lot. I saw a lot of our players out there too. I liked how Coach Gray coached out there. He is tough on the field, but like a dad off the field.”
