Each week during the high school football season Inside the Gators Bryan Holt provides the Internet's most comprehensive, in-depth update on how each of Florida's public commitments fared over the weekend.
Three-star cornerback Willie Bailey
Result: Hallandale (Fla.) (3-3) lost to Pembroke Pines (Fla.) Flanagan (3-3) 33-13
The game: While Hallandale held Flanagan quarterback Justin Bennett to just 97 yards passing, completing five of 17, Bailey's team lost due in large part to two Flanagan defensive touchdowns.
This week: Friday at Davie (Fla.) Western (4-1)
Four-star running back Mike Davis
Result: Stone Mountain (Ga.) Stephenson (7-0) defeated Fairburn (Ga.) Hughes (2-5) 46-0
The game: "It was a good game. It was a good test for our offense and our defense. Toward the end, it started getting out of hand, so we had to start pulling people out."
How did he perform: "I tip my hat to my offensive line. It's up to them whether I get yards or not. I had 11 carries for 153 yards and two touchdowns."
Why so few carries: "We were spreading the ball around a little bit more. It wasn't a big game, so I wasn't complaining. Actually, I wanted to just be a decoy."
Next game: Friday vs. Sharpsburg (Ga.) East Coweta (6-1)
Four-star offensive tackle Jessamen Dunker
Boynton Beach (Fla.) (4-1) had a bye week.
This week: Friday vs. Jensen Beach (Fla.) (2-4)
Two-star kicker Austin Hardin
Result: Atlanta Marist (6-1) defeated Dunwoody (Ga.) (3-4) 38-6
Current state of Marist: "As a team right now we are kind of clicking on all cylinders. Ever since we lost to Tucker -- who's the No. 1 team in the state, and we lost to them by four points -- we've been clicking. Dunwoody is a really good team in our division, and we killed them."
How did he perform: "Finally, the chances started coming. I started off with a 51-yard field goal. ... I had touchbacks through the uprights all night, and I actually had one where we got a penalty, so I got a touchback from the 25. Later in the game, I had a 53-yard field goal. It was a fun game for all of us and a fun game for me."
A goal moving forward: "The single-season touchback record is the only kicking record I haven't broken at Marist. I'm about 20 away, and we've got three teams left."
Next game: Friday at Lithonia (Ga.) (4-3)
Five-star offensive tackle D.J. Humphries
Result: Charlotte (N.C.) Mallard Creek (8-0) defeated Huntersville (N.C.) Hopewell (3-5) 65-6
The game: Mallard Creek has now won its last two games by a combined 122 points and continue to dominate the line against competition in North Carolina.
This week: Friday at Charlotte (N.C.) West Charlotte (3-6)
Four-star running back Matt Jones
Result: Seffner (Fla.) Armwood (7-0) defeated Dover (Fla.) Strawberry Crest (0-6) 80-0
The game: With Jones cruising post injury, Armwood continues to be the Alvin Bailey show. The 2013 standout had two punt returns for touchdowns and two receiving touchdowns in the game.
Next game: Friday vs. Tampa (Fla.) Hillsborough (6-1)
Three-star safety Rhaheim Ledbetter
Result: Shelby (N.C.) Crest (7-2) defeated Gastonia (N.C.) Huss (5-4) 35-0

Result: Melbourne (Fla.) Holy Trinity Episcopal (6-1) defeated Vero Beach (Fla.) St. Edward's (1-4) 35-14
Maye was unable to play due to a foot injury.
This week: Friday at Orlando (Fla.) First Academy (5-1)
Four-star linebacker Antonio Morrison
Result: Bolingbrook (Ill.) (7-1) defeated New Lenox (Ill.) Lincoln Way-Central (1-7) 38-0
The game: In an easy victory, Morrison only played the first half and was still able to pick up nine tackles and record one forced fumble.
Next game: Friday vs. Lockport (Ill.) (6-2)
Four-star defensive tackle Dante Phillips
Result: Venice (Fla.) (6-0) defeated North Port (Fla.) (2-5) 34-6
The game: North Port was able to move the ball well and control the Venice defensive line, but repeatedly struggled with third-down conversions and scoring chances.
This week: Friday at Bradenton (Fla.) Manatee (4-2)
Four-star linebacker Lorenzo Phillips
Result: Patterson (La.) (6-0) defeated Abbeville (La.) (0-7) 47-6
The game: Whether or not Phillips is still a UF commit remains a bit of a mystery. But what is certain is Patterson's dominance in its Louisiana district.

Next game: Friday at Jeanerette (La.) (2-5)
Four-star wide receiver Latroy Pittman
Result: Citra (Fla.) North Marion (4-2) had a bye week.
This week: Friday vs. Alachua (Fla.) Santa Fe (7-0)
Rivals100 cornerback Brian Poole
Result: Bradenton (Fla.) Southeast (6-1) defeated Sarasota (Fla.) Riverview (1-5) 41-34
The game: Poole continued his role as a major playmaker for the Seminoles. In a double-overtime victory, Poole had both the game-winning touchdown run playing in a wildcat offense scheme as well as a 90-yard touchdown on a punt return.
Poole speaks: "It feels great to get it. I had an opportunity to make a play and was able to make it on a punt return," Poole told The Bradenton Herald. "I wasn't tired at all during the game. I did it for my teammates. They are a class 8-A team, and we are 5-A and most of our guys went both ways so it was tough."
Next game: Friday at Bradenton (Fla.) Bay shore (3-4)
Four-star linebacker Jeremi Powell
Result: Largo (Fla.) Pinellas Park (5-1) defeated Gulfport (Fla.) Boca Ciega (2-4) 27-6

How did her perform: "I had three sacks. My pass rush was crazy good. It was off the chain. I had like 10 tackles."
How is he preparing: "We've been going over film like crazy lately. Right now we're studying a lot about our opponents."
This week: Friday vs. St. Petersburg (Fla.) Northeast (2-4)

Three-star defensive end Quinteze Williams
Result: Tyrone (Ga.) Sandy Creek (7-0) defeated Jackson (Ga.) (3-4) 41-14
