With one-third of the 2016 regular season now in the books for the Florida Gators football team, Inside the Gators now grades the current depth chart. Today, we look at the defense and special teams.
DEFENSIVE END
PLAYER | GRADE | THE SKINNY |
---|---|---|
1. Bryan Cox Jr. |
B+ |
Cox has been one of Florida's more successful defensive linemen when it comes to getting pressure on the quarterback. Through four games, he hasn't recorded a sack but has a team-high four quarterback hurries. |
2. Keivonnis Davis |
C+ |
Davis has been a regular contributor in the rotation as one of Florida's backups at defensive end. However, he hasn't been as consistently disruptive off the edge as he looked this offseason in practices. |
