Asa Martin, four-star running back from Austin High School in Decatur, Alabama, is ranked the No. 2 player in Alabama. He will announce his decision on Thursday at 10:00 a.m.
"I kind of have an idea of where I am going," Martin said on Monday evening. "I plan on choosing the school where I am most comfortable. I want to go where I know I can fit in, and live for the next three to four years.
"The depth chart doesn't really concern me. I know I will have to compete at any of the schools. I will sit down with my mom the next two nights and break down everything."
So what has Martin thought of the crazy recruiting process?
'It's been great," he said. "I am blessed to have been lucky enough to get offered by so many schools. I have great relationships with several coaches. I never thought I would have a time where I would have to make a decision. I love several schools, but now it's time to make the decision.
"I really enjoyed everything about the recruiting process. There was nothing I really didn't like. I feel blessed. There are so many kids who do not get this opportunity. I didn't dislike anything about it."
Martin will announce his decision between four schools on Thursday- Alabama, Auburn, Clemson and Florida. He gives some final thoughts on the finalists.
