On Tuesday Florida head coach Jim McElwain and defensive line coach Chris Rumph stopped by the school of Dawson (Ga.) Terrell athlete Tray Bishop. The Gators weren’t able to talk with the Auburn commitment, but seeing that the UF staffers think enough about him to make a trip to his school stuck out.

“They both came by the school earlier today,” said Bishop. “I saw they were there, but they talked to my coach. My coach told me they said that they had to make a trip out to come and see me. They are ready for me to be a part of it.”
The Gators have remained in contact with the three-star prospect despite his commitment to the Tigers. According to him it’s numerous coaches from the Gators staff that are pursing him.
