FLORIDA ENTERS MIX FOR FIVE-STAR
Florida is trying to get in the mix with New Orleans (La.) Landry-Walker five-star wide out Devonta Jason - who said that Dan Mullen text him not long after he was hired.
He told Pelican Preps here on the Rivals network that his top four are Kansas (where he is currently committed), LSU, MSU and now Florida.

TWO NEW SUNDAY OFFERS EXTENDED
On Sunday evening Florida extended two new offers. Linebacker Chauncey Manac was a Rivals250 member who signed with Georgia out of high school, but attended Garden City C.C.
The other offer went out to wide out Caleb Chapman, a 6-foot-5, 205-pound four-stare wide receiver who is currently committed to Texas A&M.

FOUR-STAR HIGHLY INTERESTED IN FLORIDA
Though he is committed to Tennessee, Hampton (Ga.) Dutchtown four-star defensive back Trey Dean is coming off an official visit to Alabama and will take one to Florida.

Yuma (Az.) Arizona Western C.C. 6-foot-6, 320-pound defensive tackle Noah Jefferson has been offered by Florida.
Jefferson originally signed with Southern Cal as a four-star coming out of high school in Las Vegas.

New (or old, depending on how you look at it) Florida assistant coach Billy Gonzales is two-for-two today in getting four-star wide outs who are committed to Mississippi State to do the Gator Chomp while he is visiting them.
Raymond (Ms.) Hinds CC wide out Stephen Guidry tweeted out both he and Gonzales doing the Chomp during a visit earlier today.
