Florida hasn't been heavily in the mix for Marcus Banks' services for as long as some other suitors, but made a strong impression during its in-home visit and then also rolled out the red carpet for an official visit this weekend.

The 6-foot-1, 170-pound Banks, who was visited by cornerbacks coach Charlton Warren roughly two weeks ago, is tagged as the nation's 16th-ranked cornerback on Rivals.
