Florida's football camp sessions won't begin until this weekend, but that doesn't mean that the staff at the University of Florida is taking the day off. In fact, just the opposite is taking place as the coaches will be hosting three big visitors from the Tampa area.

The trio, which have been promoting their trip via Twitter throughout the week, is headlined by Tampa (Fla.) Wharton five-star cornerback Vernon Hargreaves III. Florida is very much in the running to sign nation's No. 9 rated prospect mostly because he has a great relationship with Florida defensive backs coach Travaris Robinson combined with the fact that his sister is a student at UF.
He posted on twitter of his plans to visit the Swamp.
"And I'm about to take this visit to UF with the boys!!! #Gator"
Hargreaves has also been talking with 2012 Florida tight end signee Kent Taylor about the visit to Florida.
One of 'the boys' that he is talking about is fellow Rivals 100 member, Tampa (Fla.) Hillsborough four-star defensive end Jordan Sherit. This will be the 6-foot-3, 245 pound end's third trip to the campus in the last six weeks. His last trip up I75 was with his parents a month ago. At the conclusion of that trip, Sherit admitted that he was temped to pull the trigger for the Gators, but has since said that he plans on making more visits and has several schools that he is interested in.

The third prospect visiting Florida today is Tampa (Fla.) Tech three-star wide receiver Richard Benjamin. The talented pass catcher has stated his ultimate dream is to play for the Gators, but with the staff still in good shape for a few other wide receivers such as Demarcus Robinson it would be surprising to see Benjamin added to the class just yet.
Stay tuned as Inside the Gators will have more info once the trio concludes their visit.
